At Coastal Charm, each piece of jewelry is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our designs, we want to be clear and transparent about our policies.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Once an order has been placed, it is considered final.

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your jewelry breaks within the first 3 weeks of purchase, you may return it to us for a complimentary repair. Beyond 3 weeks, a repair fee of $20 will apply (shipping not included). Please reach out to info@coastalcharm.co to arrange a repair request.
